The Storey Road Development is an exciting residential complex project spanning 12 acres, located near Chowan University in the historic Town of Murfreesboro, NC. The project aims to make a lasting impact by incorporating an apprenticeship program.

The Lawrence Street duplex, a ground-up construction project completed in 2020, was originally intended as an Airbnb property to support Chowan University. However, due to the impact of Covid-19, a strategic pivot was made, transforming it into a successful long-term rental property with zero vacancy.

Superior Lane, a commercial property, was acquired by Harrell Enterprises in 2016 for a business venture. Although the business venture closed in 2018, the property has continued to thrive as a commercial rental property under the leadership of Harrell Enterprises.
